Clients can be seen through private pay, insurance including Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna, and some sliding scale spots.
Consultations can be booked through emailing us info@metalforyourmentalhealth.com with interest or through Headway for the current confirmed insurance plans.
We are still awaiting approval for MediCal programs within San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz. This is a priority and we are hopeful to be confirmed before the end of 2026.
